Validis™ announces the Validis Introductory Program

Validis, the Thinking Solutions Company, today announced the Validis Introductory Program. The program provides users of Sage Line 50 with a unique opportunity to test the revolutionary Validis service and give their feedback to help shape the final look, feel and functionality before the product comes to market.

This unique interactive on-line service is designed to allow everyday accounting application users to quickly and easily verify the accuracy and validity of their accounting data. After subscribing to Validis, users are offered a simple interface to allow them to run the sophisticated algorithms over the account data which detects any errors within the data. Specifically:

• Whether underlying accounting rules have been broken;
• Whether any untoward or unusual activity has occurred across the data over time;
• Whether key reference data is missing or inaccurate;
• Whether there are significant inconsistencies in the data which require user intervention.

The first release of the Validis service supports Sage Line 50 - a market of nearly 5m users. This unique solution allows Sage users with only basic IT skills to quickly and easily verify their data using the full power of the underlying machine learning software without needing to understand anything about the data structures or meta-data.

During the Validis Introductory Program the selected testers will be given unique access to the product and asked to feedback their views and comments. By entering the program they will be given the opportunity to influence the future direction of this highly innovative service.
